Lion.Prof. Dr. Anthony Dexter Fernando is one of the most prominent figures in the island nation rendering a great service. Awarded with profound honorary titles such as Deshamaniya (National Peace Association), Sama Siri Deshamanya (The United Organization of All Communities) and Deshabandu (National Peace Association) he is a versatile personality furnished with a PHD in Management at American University, Mexico and an MBA (General) at Cardiff Metropolitan University -United Kingdom, Prof. Fernando was also a former professor of Marketing at Alliance University, Zambia and American National Business University -United States of America contributing to the field of Marketing Education.

Being a sincere and diplomatic person with a humble character Prof.Fernando , is embellished with positions serving as the Deputy President -Association of Justices of Peace of Sri Lanka (establish in 1993),Fellow Member of American Academy of Project Management- USA, Global Academy of Finance Management -USA, The Governor and Life international Supportive Fellow of Sri Lanka United Nations Friendship Organization (SUNFO -SL),Provincial Director -Lanka Human Rights Organization -Sri Lanka, member of lions’ Club of Mahabage PIP(District 306 B1) and a Life Member of United Nations Association of Sri Lanka adding glamour to his persona. He has also been awarded Global Educational Development Award by World Peace & Diplomacy Organization, Excellence Award (Human Resources Development) awarded by Confederation of International Accreditation Commission, Master of Project Manager, Certified Marketing Analyst awarded by American Academy of Project Management (AAPM-USA) and Honorary Doctorate awarded by International Tamil University -USA making his personality unmatchable.

Mrs. Gomez (Fernando) is one of the co-founders of the Modern Group and has served as a Managing Director since inception. She has extensive experience in the field of Customer Care, Administration both front and back-end, and counts over 10 years in this field. she was a senior Customer Care position at HSBC - Sri Lanka. She presently overlooks the day today operations in Modern Group, while serving as a Deputy Group Chairman of Modern Group of Companies.

She is a proud product of Good Shepherd Convent, Kotahena.

Dr.Tharindu Wejenayake is an Entrepreneur, Gemologist, Philanthropist and a young energetic youth leader. He hails from a generation of patrons of social services done with their own will &funds for the Sri Lankan society. Heading the WCM youth ministry and media, he is a mentor to thousands of youths. A catalyst for change to foster & promote the well-being of communities. Current Positions Held.

He is a product of Isipathana Maha Vidyalaya Colombo 5, Dr. Chandrasekara is a versatile personality furnished with a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) at American National Business University, USA and an MBA General at Cardiff Metropolitan University, UK. He has also completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing at Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing and also obtained ‘’Practicing Marketer Status’’ level from SLIM, He is a Members of the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing (SLIM). Dr. Chandrasekara has retired after working as a Senior Manager -Sales and Marketing at Ceylon Business Appliances (Pvt) Ltd, counting over 24 Years’ experience in the field of office Automation Industry.

He is a Justice of peace (Whole Island) and currently serving as the Secretary to the Association of Justices of the Sri Lanka. Also involve in social service activities as a Cabinet Officer in the Lions Clubs International District 306B1 and he is the District Cabinet Secretary -Elect for the fiscal year 2020/2021.
